Job Description:
Join the team supporting adult patients in an Emergency Department holding unit, where you'll be essential in managing patients waiting for inpatient beds. This 13-week contract positions you in a fast-paced environment with a focus on telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia management, and coordinating care for medical-surgical patients with diverse diagnoses. Expect to take on MS/Tele cases while also floating across ED and MedSurg areas as needed, providing a varied and engaging experience. The role combines technical expertise with the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team in a high-acuity, high-turnover setting that emphasizes quick thinking and precise skill execution. This assignment offers a rewarding chance to make a difference in patients' transitions within the hospital while honing your specialized nursing skills.
