Job Description:

Join the OR team at Mercy Hospital Springfield for this 13-week travel contract as an RN specializing in operating room procedures. You’ll be performing advanced surgical assistance, working closely with vascular surgeons in both open and hybrid imaging cases. The role involves assisting in vascular, endoscopic, and open surgeries, utilizing DaVinci robotic systems, and coordinating patient care within the surgical suite. Experience with Level 1 or 2 trauma cases, scrub and circulating skills, as well as proficiency in conscious sedation, are essential. This position gives you a chance to stay sharp in a fast-paced surgical environment while enjoying the camaraderie of a dedicated nursing and tech team in a facility ranked highly for safety and innovation. Job Specifics:

Location: Springfield, Missouri
Shift: 10-hour days, Days (07:30 - 17:00)
Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours weekly
