Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Labor & Delivery RN managers at a Level III Trauma Center nestled in the scenic landscapes of Montana. This role offers the chance to oversee high-risk deliveries, including pre-term cases as early as 23 weeks, while managing a postpartum unit with couplet care. You will take charge of a busy unit with five labor rooms and eight postpartum rooms, acting as the OR circulator for high-stakes deliveries. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts in a self-scheduled, six-week cycle, supporting a team of experienced professionals focused on safe and efficient patient outcomes. This assignment provides the opportunity to lead in a facility that frequently handles normal term deliveries alongside complex high-risk pregnancies, all set against the backdrop of beautiful Montana vistas.
