Job Description:

Join a dedicated Labor & Delivery unit as an experienced registered nurse, specializing in LDRP and postpartum care. In this role, you'll manage low to moderate acuity patients, assist with triage, perform rounds, and support mothers through labor, delivery, and recovery. Your expertise will be vital in circulating c-sections, catching babies, and conducting neonatal assessments like heel sticks and screenings. The setting offers a mix of scheduled and urgent deliveries, with a focus on minimal nursery time, emphasizing rooming-in. Expect to collaborate closely with a team of supportive professionals, including lactation consultants, surgical techs, and on-call OB/midwives, while utilizing advanced equipment such as bedside ultrasounds and state-of-the-art monitors.
