Job Description:

Join a dedicated Labor & Delivery team in a facility featuring 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms, two antepartum rooms, and an OR suite tailored for obstetric procedures. This role involves circulating during C-sections, assisting with labor and delivery, and supporting new mothers throughout their stay. The environment emphasizes skin-to-skin contact and no nursery policy, ensuring babies stay with their mothers, fostering bonding and safety. You'll work with a collaborative team, utilizing strong IV skills and adhering to established protocols, in a setting that has been recognized as a 'Safe Sleep Champion.' Expect to be part of a busy but rewarding obstetric unit that values teamwork and patient-centered care. The shift is 12 hours overnight, with a mix of day and night float depending on census, and a 13-week assignment offering an engaging experience in maternal health support roles.
