Job Description:

Join a busy ICU Float Pool team that offers a variety of challenging and rewarding assignments across multiple facilities. In this role, you will float within your chosen specialty—such as ICU, ER, MedSurg, Tele, or NICU—providing vital support in high-acuity environments. You'll have the opportunity to work in different units and facilities, including Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, all while focusing on your expertise and ensuring patient safety. Expect to adapt to varying patient needs and work alongside skilled charge nurses and support staff. This assignment invites travelers who thrive on diversity in their work and want an engaging experience in a fast-paced setting, with a touch of the unexpected—like an occasional mid-shift float to a different unit or facility to keep things interesting.

Location: Boise, Idaho
