Job Description:

Join us as an ER Registered Nurse in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and experience the rhythm of your nights while making a difference in a busy hospital setting. This contract role involves providing expert emergency care on 12-hour night shifts, with duties spanning from initial assessments to advanced interventions. You'll be expected to float to a nearby standalone ER with similar resources and patient demands, ensuring seamless care across sites. Put your two years of ER experience to work handling adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment, all while embracing the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive team. Certifications required include ACLS, BCLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC. EPIC experience is a must. The well-organized schedule allows for focused nights, and the 13-week assignment offers a chance to immerse yourself in a vibrant community while gaining invaluable experience.
