Job Description:

This travel nursing opportunity places you in a level 1 trauma setting where you'll focus on antepartum, postpartum, and newborn care. You'll be responsible for managing an assigned group of patients, documenting responses to interventions, assisting physicians during examinations and minor diagnostic procedures, and monitoring vital signs and physiological changes. The role involves administering medications, regulating IV infusions and blood products, and coordinating patient discharge instructions. You’ll collaborate closely with families, sharing care plans, and making appropriate referrals when needed. Delegating tasks to support staff ensures smooth operations across shifts. This assignment offers a chance to hone your skills in a fast-paced environment while experiencing the challenges and rewards of maternal and neonatal care.
