Job Description:

Join our team as a Case Manager Registered Nurse in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and dive into a rewarding 13-week contract at a community-based hospital. You'll work four 10-hour day shifts each week, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, managing inpatient case loads with a patient ratio of 1:5 during the day. This role offers an engaging opportunity to coordinate patient care plans, facilitate resource utilization, and support patient transitions within a Level III Trauma Center setting. If you're an experienced RN with at least one year of inpatient case management under your belt—particularly if you've worked in a hospital environment—this assignment was practically made for you.
