Join our team as a travel RN specializing in Case Management at a reputable acute care hospital known for its exceptional services and state-of-the-art facilities. In this role, you will oversee patient pathways and care plans within the hospital’s dynamic environment, utilizing your expertise in Meditech, Midas, and Interqual. The position offers a mix of routine and complex cases, with every other weekend required, providing a balanced work schedule. This assignment offers a chance to work in a facility recognized for advanced cardiovascular, stroke, and critical care, all while exploring the vibrant local community.
