Job Description:

Join a dedicated pediatric inpatient team as a Pediatric Stepdown RN in Chicago. You will work in a unique, single-unit setting with 39 beds that serve children from 2 weeks to 18 years old, many with complex technology dependencies like vents, trachs, and G tubes. This role involves caring for children with chronic illnesses and managing technology-dependent patients, all within a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes. Expect to coordinate with a team of professionals, handle ventilator management, and utilize your skills with Meditech documentation—all while enjoying a night shift that provides a different rhythm to your workweek.
