Job Description:

This contract position involves working 12-hour night shifts in a busy medical-surgical unit located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role requires managing a diverse patient population with conditions including chronic illnesses, infections, neurological issues, and mental health disorders. The traveler will perform assessments, care planning, and utilize advanced equipment such as IV pumps, wound vacs, and telemetry monitoring. This assignment offers the opportunity to work at a large facility with over 600 beds, where every shift brings new challenges and learning experiences, all while enjoying the unique rhythm of night shifts in a vibrant community.
