Job Description:

Join our team as a Case Manager RN in Albuquerque, where you'll handle both adult and pediatric inpatient acute care cases within a Level I Trauma hospital. This role involves managing a diverse patient population across various acuity levels, coordinating care plans, and ensuring smooth patient transitions. The position features a Monday through Friday schedule, working 8-hour days, with a weekend requirement of Saturday and Sunday on 4x10 shifts.
