Job Description:

This contract position offers an engaging opportunity for a healthcare professional to float between departments and local locations within 20 miles, providing vital support across different units. You'll utilize your nursing skills to deliver direct patient care during 10-hour shifts, assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care. The role also involves supervising LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel, and meeting patient discharge and educational needs. It’s a chance to experience the variety of a multi-department setting while making a tangible difference in patient outcomes.
