Job Description:

Join a well-regarded hospital in Clarksville, Tennessee, for a 13-week travel contract in the Medical/Surgical Float Pool. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with the opportunity to float among five different Med/Surg units and occasionally to the emergency room as needed. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience, prior travel experience, and a Tennessee or compact license on file. BLS certification is essential. You'll be part of a team that manages patient care for adults aged 18 and up, with unit staffing ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:6. Expect to use Cerner EMR and wear navy scrubs daily. The hospital makes the schedule, and you'll be working weekends throughout the assignment, providing a diverse experience in a busy hospital setting.
