Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Medical Surgical Registered Nurses in Augusta for a 12-week contract, working night shifts on 12-hour rotations. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse adult to geriatric patient population, with responsibilities including implementing isolation precautions, wound care, managing chest tubes, starting IVs, and administering blood products. Charge RN experience is preferred, but first-timers with the right skills are welcome. The setting features 32 rooms with an average daily census of 29, utilizing Epic and Pyxis systems, and requiring a Navy Blue scrub color. This assignment provides a chance to demonstrate your expertise in a fast-paced environment, with floating within the facility as needed and no call requirements. You'll work every other weekend with some flexibility for time off, and major holidays are part of the expectations, with details specified during onboarding.
