Job Description:

Join us as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) on a travel contract in Polson, Montana. In this role, you'll be the essential link in the surgical team, floating between various units such as Pre/Post Op, Circulating, PACU, and Endo across multiple specialties including OBGYN, Orthopedics, GI/GS, ENT, Pain, and Dental. You'll work five days a week with 8-hour shifts, with the possibility of 10-hour days, providing critical support during surgeries. On-call duties are part of the package, requiring availability for weekend and night shifts on a variable basis. Expect to maintain patient ratios around 1:1, 1:2, or 1:4, all while operating in a fast-paced environment that demands both adaptability and skill. Epic electronic medical record system is used for charting, and scrub color varies. This role offers a unique chance to experience a broad range of surgical procedures in a close-knit hospital setting that features a 22-bed critical access facility.
