Job Description:

Join a dedicated healthcare team in Kalispell, Montana, for a 13-week contract as a Registered Nurse working the night shift in a 40-bed Medical/Surgical unit. This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in an acute care setting with medically stable patients, managing a diverse patient population including COPD, CHF, dialysis, sepsis, wounds, and more. The assignment provides a blend of patient care and unit responsibilities, including epidural, PCA, wound care, and post-surgical recovery. Expect to work alongside a team of 6-8 RNs per shift, with opportunities to care for 1-2 primary patients, participate in unit huddles, and contribute to a collaborative environment. Training and orientation are provided, ensuring a smooth transition into this supportive, professional setting.
