Job Description:

This operating room RN role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced surgical setting with a variety of cases including general, orthopedic, neurological, trauma, and ENT procedures. The schedule involves 12-hour daytime shifts, primarily 3 days a week, with the flexibility to adapt to a rotating shift pattern that may include 4x10s or 3x12s, along with call requirements. The assignment provides hands-on experience across multiple surgical specialties, making each day unique. Travelers will be actively involved in pre-op preparation, assisting during surgeries, and post-op activities, all while navigating a schedule that varies weekly.
