Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in a high-intensity intermediate care unit where you'll be working 12-hour day shifts. As an RN, you'll be responsible for providing critical care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment that demands both clinical expertise and adaptability. Floating to Med/Surg may be required, offering a chance to broaden your skills and experience in different units. The role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a 30-bed unit, supporting patients with complex needs and managing a patient ratio of 4 or 5 to 1. Expect to bring your critical care experience and certifications like ACLS and BLS to ensure optimal patient outcomes in this dynamic setting.
