Job Description:

This registered nurse position involves assessing, planning, and documenting patient care with a focus on 12-hour night shifts in an inpatient setting. You will evaluate patients' physical, psychological, and social needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care. Expect to delegate tasks appropriately, monitor patient progress, and adjust interventions as necessary.
