Job Description:

Join a vibrant stepdown unit in Anchorage as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract. This role involves providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including cardiac, neuro, renal, and medical-surgical cases. You'll work a flexible 12-hour night shift schedule—either 3x12 or 4x12, based on your preference—and will be expected to cover a minimum of 48 hours per week. The unit utilizes a co-care/virtual nursing model, with remote RNs assisting bedside staff to enhance patient safety and education. Candidates must possess a valid Alaska RN license upon arrival, with priority for those able to submit license applications quickly.
