Job Description:

This Telemetry Registered Nurse position offers a great opportunity to work in a variety of units, including ER hold, overflow areas, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab. You'll be providing direct patient care with a focus on critical monitoring and assessment, especially in stepdown and telemetry settings. The role also involves supporting float assignments, ensuring flexible coverage across departments. You'll lead by example within the nursing team, utilizing your expertise to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care according to evidence-based protocols. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to a healing environment where patient safety and quality care are paramount.
