Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract places you in a Neuro Tele unit in Phoenix, Arizona, working 12-hour night shifts. As a registered nurse, you will manage a diverse patient population including trached patients, CVA, TBI, spinal surgery, and more, often dealing with high-acuity cases that require precise titration of medications like Heparin, Amio, and Cardizem. The role emphasizes technical skill in sterile procedures, including Foley catheter insertions and central line dressing changes, with a focus on maintaining a sterile field during simulations and clinical activities. You'll interpret EKGs in a central monitoring environment and collaborate with experienced RN aides, all while floating seamlessly across tele units and ICU overflow. This assignment offers a fast-paced setting where your expertise makes a direct impact on patient outcomes, with an environment that values competence and precision.
