Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of critical care nurses at North Alabama Medical Center’s 2nd Floor Critical Care Services in Florence, Alabama. This 13-week contract offers an opportunity to work in a bustling intensive care unit where you'll manage adult and geriatric patients facing respiratory failure, strokes, or post-operative complications. Your 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM will challenge your skills in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced clinical procedures. The facility's varied equipment and diverse patient population ensure you'll gain valuable experience while floating between CCU, CVICU, and step-down units when needed. This role is perfect for seasoned RNs who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy collaborative teamwork, and are comfortable managing high-acuity cases in a state-of-the-art setting.
