Job Description:

Join a rewarding travel assignment as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department of a busy hospital in Tucson, Arizona. You'll be leading patient care during 12-hour day shifts, providing vital support in a fast-paced environment with 38 beds. Your role involves applying critical thinking and scientific judgment to ensure the safe and effective delivery of care to ER patients. With a focus on leadership and coordination, you'll delegate procedures, supervise assigned personnel, and maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education. The hospital encourages experienced RNs with at least 2 years of ER background and charge nurse experience, especially those familiar with Cerner EMR and comfortable with floating to various units.
