Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in the Emergency Department of Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona, where you'll be responsible for providing vital nursing care to ER patients during your night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. As a registered nurse with at least two years of experience and charge nurse expertise preferred, you'll demonstrate critical thinking and leadership, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of care. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work within a Trauma Level III-certified facility that also handles stroke, STEMI, and other emergency cases. Your role will involve not only direct patient care but also supervising and delegating tasks to staff, maintaining clinical competencies, and floating as needed across 38 beds in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
