Job Description:

Join a specialized pediatric unit where you'll support both Peds and PICU patients between 3 days and 18 years old, including those with complex surgical needs and COVID-positive cases. This assignment is unique because you'll float to NICU if needed, working 12-hour night shifts over 13 weeks. Your role will involve managing respiratory issues, traumas, seizures, and other high-acuity cases, utilizing advanced equipment like EPIC and Pyxis. Your expertise in pediatric care and familiarity with a large facility environment will be essential to providing exceptional support in this fast-paced setting. Expect to work with a dedicated team, following a thorough orientation and preceptor-led floor training, with opportunities to assist in highly specialized procedures and deliver compassionate care across multiple pediatric departments.
