Join a dedicated ICU team as a Registered Nurse in a 25-bed Critical Access Magnet hospital in Jacksonville, Illinois. This night shift role offers an engaging opportunity to work within a 1:2 patient ratio in a four-bed ICU setting, handling complex cases that include multi-system organ failure, dysrhythmia management, and ventilated patient care. You'll utilize your skills in cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, and emergency response to provide top-tier critical care.
