Job Description:

Join a talented team as a Cardio Thoracic ICU Registered Nurse in Chesapeake, VA, where you'll be handling critical care for post-operative cardiac patients including those recovering from CABG, PCI, and other complex interventions. In this role, you'll manage arterial lines, titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips, and interpret dysrhythmias, all while caring for patients using a universal bed model that often involves stepping down from ICU to intermediate care. Working the night shift, you'll experience a steady rhythm of 12-hour overnight shifts that keep your days open for exploration. This assignment provides a chance to work in a fast-paced, specialized unit where your neuro and cardiac skills will truly shine — all within the vibrant Coastal Virginia area known for its outdoor adventures.
