Job Description:

This RN role in the CVICU at Methodist Hospital offers an engaging opportunity to support complex cardiac cases by training on advanced CVICU devices. You'll work closely with patients who have undergone procedures like CABG, VAD, or cath interventions involving devices such as IABP, Impella, or ECMO. The shift is a 12-hour night rotation, providing a chance to experience the quieter, more reflective hours of patient recovery. Ideal for nurses with at least two years of ICU experience, you'll be expected to handle hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and critical thinking on a daily basis. This role emphasizes hands-on involvement with high-acuity patients in a supportive environment that values expertise in cardiovascular care.
