Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU float team as a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse, primarily working night shifts in a lively hospital setting in St. Louis, Missouri. This role involves floating to multiple intensive care units such as Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac, Neurology, Medicine, and COVID units, providing flexible and comprehensive critical care coverage. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, independent nurse comfortable with a variety of high-acuity scenarios, including vent management, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasoactive drips. While specific CVICU experience isn't mandatory, familiarity with related protocols like Swan-Ganz interpretation and ECMO support is preferred. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours weekly, over a 13-week contract, with every other weekend and holiday rotations included. Expect to be challenged and engaged in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key.
