Job Description:

This RN Case Manager role is dedicated to inpatient adult medical, surgical, emergency department, and pediatric units within a renowned short-term acute care facility. You'll step into a fast-paced environment where your expertise in inpatient case management will help coordinate patient care from admission through discharge. The position involves managing a caseload of 20-25 patients, utilizing your clinical skills to optimize outcomes and ensure smooth transitions. The work schedule consists of five 8-hour day shifts per week, starting bright and early at 07:00. Unique to this assignment is the opportunity to float within scope across adult inpatient, ED, and pediatric units, providing a varied and engaging daily experience. This assignment is perfect for seasoned RN case managers with a minimum of two years of recent hospital experience, including prior travel or acute care roles.

Job Specifics:

Location: Portland, OR
Shift: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, five days per week
Duration: 13 weeks with a commitment of 40 hours per week
