Join a busy medical-surgical unit in Cleveland, where you'll support a diverse patient population across 45 beds, including 28 telemetry beds. This role offers 12-hour night shifts, giving you the opportunity to experience the city quiet after hours while keeping your days free. You'll be working with a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:4 to 1:6, providing skilled support in a setting that values teamwork. Hospital-wide virtual nurse assistance ensures you're never alone in managing clinical tasks—it's a chance to refine your skills and enjoy a balanced workload during your 13-week assignment.
