Job Description:

Join a healthcare team providing essential nursing care in a hospital setting, working 10-hour shifts over a 13-week assignment. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a diverse patient population, from infants to seniors, focusing on post-operative recovery, medication administration, and patient assessments. You'll be responsible for documenting patient responses, assisting physicians with examinations and minor procedures, managing IV infusions and blood products, and delivering patient and family education. The environment requires a proactive nurse who can handle fast-paced situations with teamwork and professionalism, especially in surgical eye case settings such as cataracts and retina procedures.
