Job Description:

Join a busy Operating Room as an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse in Augusta, Georgia. This 14-week contract offers 12-hour day shifts, providing an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality adult and geriatric care in inpatient L&D and PACU settings. You'll be responsible for maintaining a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio on an 8-bed unit with an average census of 12, utilizing Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems. Expect to operate within a team that values efficiency and precision, with scrub attire provided. This role calls for at least 2 years of OR RN experience (first timers not accepted) and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Floating within the scope of practice is permitted as needed, and some holidays may be workdays depending on the holiday schedule. This assignment is designed for a dedicated professional ready to navigate a fast-paced surgical environment and make a meaningful impact during their stay.
