Job Description:

Join us for an exciting travel healthcare contract in Boston’s renowned West Main OR, specializing in complex surgeries such as kidney transplants, neuro, spine, and trauma cases. As a scrub and circulating surgical technologist, you'll support a wide variety of procedures including robotics, orthopedics, ENT, GYN, urology, and major reconstructive surgeries. This role offers the opportunity to work on a dynamic surgical team within a Level I Trauma setting, handling both routine and urgent cases. The shift is 12-hour nights, with the first week consisting of five days from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, followed by subsequent weeks with four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM during holidays. No call requirements during night shifts, and holiday work is optional. Experience with transplant, trauma, neuro, and robotics is required, making this a unique chance to refine your skills in a high-stakes environment while enjoying a robust schedule that guarantees 72 hours biweekly.
