Job Description:

Join a fast-paced surgical unit as an RN specializing in trauma and neuro cases. You'll be scrubbing in for general, ENT, neuro, spine, ortho, and robotics surgeries, providing essential support during complex procedures. The role involves variable shifts totaling 40 hours per week, with a focus on trauma and neuro experience. Expect to engage in a high-volume environment with an average of 30 cases daily, requiring quick thinking and precision. You will be responsible for maintaining your certifications, including BLS, and adhering to unit-specific protocols. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a busy hospital setting, working closely with unit staff to deliver seamless surgical care.
