Job Description:

Join our team as a step down registered nurse in Fishersville, VA, for an engaging 13-week contract. This role primarily involves night shifts with 12-hour hours from 6:30 PM to 7:15 AM, offering a steady rhythm for those who thrive under structured schedules. You'll be caring for adult patients with a variety of complex medical conditions, including cardiac, neuro, and pulmonary issues, across an acute care hospital setting. Your responsibilities will include coordinating direct patient care, patient education, and adhering to a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. Certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required, and first-timers are welcome to apply.
