Job Description:

Take your step-down skills on the road with this Cleveland-based travel Registered Nurse contract focused on the Progressive Care Unit (step-down) at a major downtown campus. You’ll support a consistent patient population in a step-down setting, with the potential to float within the same care area, including units J1–2, J33, and ED to care for the same patient population. This assignment runs on an “AUTO OFFER” schedule with 3x12s only, using a rotating day/night structure designed for continuity and team rhythm. Shifts are typically 7pm–7:30am and 7am–7:30pm, with the understanding that schedules may adjust based on operational needs while the team works to honor shift preferences.
