Job Description:

Join Cleveland Clinic's HVTI step-down unit on a 13-week travel contract. This role involves providing specialized care for adult patients in a step-down setting, with potential to float to adjacent units such as J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department to serve the same patient population. You will work 12-hour rotating shifts (7pm-7:30am and 7am-7:30pm), with shifts possibly rotating to meet hospital needs. This position is ideal for experienced step-down RNs seeking a dynamic environment with opportunities to adapt and hone critical skills. The assignment emphasizes teamwork, quick decision-making, and confidence in patient monitoring, including ECG rhythm recognition. You'll need a current Ohio or Compact State license, along with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. The role requires working at least every other holiday, with orientation including ECG and SafeMedicate assessments to ensure readiness.
