Job Description:

This step down Registered Nurse position at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus offers a stimulating opportunity to provide specialized care within the HVTI-Stepdown unit. You'll be working a 12-hour rotating shift (7pm-7:30am / 7am-7:30pm), with the potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED to care for similar patient populations. The role requires at least 18 months of recent Stepdown experience, preferably including travel or perm experience in a comparable setting. Candidates must hold a valid Ohio or Compact State license and complete required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS before orientation. The schedule involves working at least every other holiday, with an estimated weekly commitment of 36 hours over a 13-week contract. During orientation, ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments will be conducted, and passing scores are necessary to proceed.
