Job Description:

Join a stepdown cardiac unit as a Registered Nurse with a focus on emergency and surge care. In this role, you'll be managing inpatient and CICU Level holds, with opportunities to assist in various units through a team nursing approach. Your days will involve monitoring patients with diagnoses such as chest pain, heart failure, sepsis, overdoses, and GI bleeds. You'll handle a range of procedures including titrating common drips like Heparin and Amiodarone, and operating advanced equipment like Bipap, Cpap, and Alaris Pumps. This assignment offers a dynamic environment where your experience in PCU and ER settings shines, particularly if you're comfortable with EPIC and have at least two years of relevant experience. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a commitment of 36 hours per week over a 13-week duration. First-timers with ECIC experience are welcome, provided they meet the experience criteria.
