Job Description:

Join our team as an RN on the Progressive Care Unit, where you'll care for patients with a variety of complex conditions such as sepsis, respiratory distress, and endocrine disorders. This 13-week contract involves 12-hour day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., providing a rewarding opportunity to hone your assessment skills and work with advanced equipment like Alaris Pumps and EKG monitors. You'll be part of a close-knit team in a 27-bed unit, with a typical patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4. The role offers a steady weekly schedule of 36 hours, with rotation on every other weekend, and requires at least 2 years of progressive care experience, along with certifications in ACLS and BLS. This assignment stands out for its emphasis on comprehensive assessment and collaboration in a supportive environment that values a positive attitude and flexibility.
