Job Description:

Join us as a Step Down Registered Nurse at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, specifically in the HVTI-Stepdown unit. This role offers a unique opportunity to care for a consistent patient population, with potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED as needed. You'll work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, with shifts running from 7pm-7:30am or 7am-7:30pm, providing variety and flexibility. The position demands at least 18 months of recent step-down experience and a valid Ohio or Compact state license. Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS is required, along with passing ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation. Expect to work at least every other holiday, immersing yourself in a vibrant, fast-paced environment where your specialized skills truly make a difference.
