Job Description:

This step-down Registered Nurse position offers a chance to work in a busy hospital setting with a focus on acute care. You will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patient progress during night shifts, utilizing EPIC charting, and coordinating care with a skilled team. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM over a 13-week contract, providing both stability and a work-life balance. The role emphasizes independence in a supportive environment, perfect for nurses with at least a year of experience and a valid RN license, including pending licenses in hand before start. This assignment is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a Level II Trauma and Stroke Center at Mosaic Life Care in Saint Joseph, Missouri, known for its advanced care offerings and friendly community atmosphere.
