Job Description:

Join our team as a PACU RN on a 13-week travel assignment in Bridgeport, WV. You'll be working in a fast-paced Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, where you'll primarily handle recovery of post-op patients, including ICU transfers and overnight stays. This role involves a mix of patient monitoring on central monitors, reviewing EKG strips, and collaborating with ICU staff. The shifts are 12 hours during the day, with scheduled weekend call once every three months. While you won’t be covering both Phase 1 and Phase 2 beds, you'll experience an environment that values teamwork and readiness to manage occasional vent, BiPAP, or Cpap cases. Ideal candidates will have PACU experience, with ICU or ED background considered helpful. Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
