Job Description:

This RN role in Same Day Surgery offers an engaging opportunity to work within a vibrant outpatient surgical setting. The schedule consists of four 10-hour days, giving you a solid four-day weekend to explore all that Minot has to offer. You'll be responsible for pre-operative assessments, coordinating with surgical teams, managing patient recovery, and providing education to patients and their families. This position emphasizes thorough documentation, safety protocols, and efficient care delivery in a fast-paced environment, making each day both challenging and rewarding. Experience with Cerner systems and prior perioperative or outpatient surgery background are essential to excel in this assignment. What makes this role unique is the active collaboration with various surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure smooth procedures and patient comfort throughout the perioperative process.
