Job Description:

Seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Worcester, MA. This role involves overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, working three 12-hour nights per week. The nurse will be responsible for managing emergency department patients, administering medications, and utilizing telemetry skills. The position requires a Massachusetts license, at least 1.5 years of ER experience, and proficiency in telemetry reading. Candidates with Epic EMR experience and current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications will be prioritized. Please note that two pass/fail exams, including medication and telemetry assessments, are part of onboarding, with only one attempt allowed per exam. Success in these exams is mandatory for contract continuation, and study materials will be provided to aid preparation. This assignment offers a unique chance to sharpen emergency care skills while working in a fast-paced hospital setting with limited flex during staffing emergencies.
