Job Description:

Join an esteemed emergency room team as an ER Registered Nurse during night shifts, where you'll play a vital role in providing critical care in a busy, 222-bed magnet facility. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to handle complex cases, including trauma, cardiac arrests, and pediatric emergencies, often requiring advanced procedures such as chest tubes, arterial lines, and intubations. Expect to work 3 night shifts per week, totaling 36 hours, with a patient ratio of 1:3. The role emphasizes flexibility within scope, with occasional float experiences in inpatient floors and across facilities. Necessary certifications include ACLS, BCLS, PALS, and NIH, with open inclusion for first-timers who meet experience requirements. This assignment promises not only professional growth but the adrenaline rush of the night shift environment in a magnet-designated, trauma-level hospital.
